Breakfast:

Lunch:
- Sandwich: Sprouted grain bread, hummus, olives, cucumber, bell pepper
Snack:
- Banana
- Triscuit
- Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain muffin
Snack:
- Apple with peanut butter
Dinner:
- Vegetable patty
Dessert:
- Yams
