Day 7


Sorry for the post and run... lots to do today!

Breakfast:
  • Whole grain cereal
  • Soy milk


Lunch:
  • Sandwich: Sprouted grain bread, hummus, olives, cucumber, bell pepper


Snack:
  • Banana
  • Triscuit
  • Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain muffin


Snack:
  • Apple with peanut butter


Dinner:
  • Vegetable patty


Dessert:
  • Yams
