I was out for most of the day so although I didn't have as
much raw food as I’d like, I did okay.
And I was good with my water intake, too.
Breakfast:
Oat cereal with almond milk
Snack:
Peanut butter and jelly on sprouted bread
Lunch (out with friends):
Fish, corn tortillas, guacamole
Snack:
Apple
Dinner:
Whole wheat pasta with marinara and soy mozzarella
Yams
Black beans with cucumber, onion, celery, bell pepper, and
oil/vinegar
