Day 11


Breakfast:
  • Oats, soy milk, walnuts, maple syrup


Snack:
  • Juice: carrot, kale, ginger


Lunch:
  • Crookneck squash, marinara, soy mozzarella, pine nuts


Snack:
  • ¼ spelt toast, peanut butter, jam
  • Chicory drink with sweetened creamer


Dinner:
  • Potatoes, soy bacon, soy cheese, onion
